Vishal leads Flexion Infotech's vision, strategy, and client partnerships. His focus is building Flexion into a global automation and engineering partner, not another development shop.

Co-founder & Director

Jay owns Flexion's engineering direction, architecture standards, and technical delivery. He is responsible for the systems thinking that defines the company: well-architected platforms, intelligent automation, and infrastructure built to scale from MVP to enterprise load without rework.

His teams ship across AI automation, SaaS engineering, and high-performance applications using modern stacks including Next.js, Node.js, Python, Flutter, and AI agent frameworks like LangChain and n8n. He enforces the standard that Flexion builds systems, not just apps, holding the line on code quality, performance, and architecture discipline on every project.
